What method of shipping will you use?
Standard shipping in the lower 48 states is provided by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery service free of charge on orders over $55 and at the reasonable rate of $6.95 for all other orders. All orders are shipped from our facility in Muscle Shoals, Alabama.

Do you accept international orders?
We're sorry, DollarCarousel.com is currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How can I track my package once it has been shipped?
We will email you your tracking number along with instructions on how to track your package once your order has shipped.
How do I Return an item?
If you wish to return an item purchased through DollarCarousel.com, please follow the steps below. Simply return within 30 days.
1) Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
2) Please write the reason for your return on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. If you are returning a gift, please write “Gift Return” on the back of the invoice.

4) For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).
We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Returns are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.
An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.
Personalized products may not be returned for refund or exchange credit. Edible cake decorations and open food items may not be returned for refund or exchange credit. Return shipment charges for refused packages will be deducted from your refund. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Please return merchandise within 30 days of receipt to ensure proper credit. We cannot accept opened or used merchandise. Merchandise must be in original packaging.
Shipping charges will be applied to orders which receive free shipping and the returned items cause the order total to fall below the free shipping amount.
