The total weight of this unit is only 40g heavier than the standard crank set, you wont even know it is there. Long Battery Life The massive 400+ hour battery life will power a season of rides. This almost set and forget unit takes AAA lithium batteries which are user replaceable. There is no need to send this power meter back to the factory just to replace the battery.
